Rick Brunson spoke about his altercation with Donte DiVincenzo. The Knicks assistant was a guest on his son Jalen Brunson`s podcast and talked about what happened at Madison Square Garden after the preseason game via basketball rules with the Wolves.
The defenseman then played against New York for the first time since being traded to Minnesota two weeks before the game. After the meeting ended, DiVincenzo and Brunson said something to each other.
It`s no secret that he is like a member of the family. The situation was blown out of proportion. I could have done a better job, but I know you all, I know him, I know Mikel, Josh and of course Jaylen. I know who you are and where you come from. Just wanted to make sure you all behaved accordingly, but as it turns out, we, including myself, behaved incorrectly.
But everything is behind us. We talked the next day, everything is fine now, " said Rick Brunson.
